Pastor

Andy Davis has fond memories of growing up in a neighborhood church similar to Union. “I want everyone to feel welcome to Christian communities which are warm and loving, and I hope Union can be that church for you.” He is also passionate about community service, climate change, and creating healthy communities beyond the congregation where people can thrive.

Andy is married to Sarah Davis and they have one teenage son. He also enjoys his friendships, working out, Indycar, and the music of David Gilmour. He studied geography at Macalester College (‘96) and received his Master of Divinity degree from McCormick Theological Seminary (‘05). He was installed as the pastor of Union in 2010.

Session

In the Presbyterian tradition, the governing body of the congregation is the Session, consisting of the pastor and ordained elders elected by the congregation for three-year terms.

The Board of Deacons leads the congregation in compassion, witness, and service. Deacons are elected by the congregation to three-year terms and ordained to service.
